In a coaching session we explore where you are currently and where you want to be. Coaching is all about talking through small, actionable steps towards your goals. It's a powerful tool when you're looking for enthusiastic and focused self-guidance. Especially during a life transition.
A few examples of topics are relationships and dating, confidence, career fatigue and time management. Sessions are conducted via video chat or in person in Central London.
I offer low-cost coaching while I work towards ICF accreditation.
